Submit your application
Start with your mobile number — we check it first, so you know straight away if you are already registered with us.

We review the details
Our membership team verifies every application by hand. Keep the reference number shown on screen — we email it to you as well if you applied with an email address.

Get your membership card
Once approved, your card arrives as a PDF by email — or as a download link on WhatsApp if you applied with a mobile number only.
No email address? Use your mobile number
You can apply, and receive your membership card, with a mobile number alone — we send it on WhatsApp. If your record has an email address we always use that instead, because it carries the card itself as a PDF attachment.
Your details stay with us
Membership information is used only to administer your membership. Card download links expire automatically, and your card is always sent to the contact details already held on your record — never to whatever is typed into a form.
